Mr. Aikens has over thirty years of experience in the real estate industry including construction, rehabilitation, and management of residential and commercial properties. In March of 1985, he formed Kenrick Corporation as a full service real estate management company to provide management, leasing, and brokerage services to owners of real property. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York and has taught seminars on many different facets of property management. Prior to forming Kenrick Corporation, he managed a real estate portfolio for The Cabot Group, Inc. in Rochester, New York. He is also a member of various organizations, including the Institute of Real Estate Managers, Building Owners and Managers Association, Community Association Institute, National Eagle Scout Association and the Landmark Society. Mr. Aikens holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.

Ms. Smith has over 13 years of experience in managing non-profit organizations and over 15 years of experience in accounting. She also has over 9 years experience in human resources and payroll and holds an AAS degree in business administration.

Mr. Goetz has over 25 years of maintenance experience. In 2005 he joined Kenrick Corporation’s Property Management Team. Mr. Goetz currently manages three condominium properties and is superintendent for two of those properties.

Mr. Burkhart began his career here at Kenrick Corporation as the Service Coordinator for approximately one year. He taught English in Germany for two years after he received his BA degree from Boston College.  He also worked as an administrator for a community college in Boston.  Anthony currently manages a portfolio of Townhomes and Condominium properties.

Mr. Aikens has several years experience managing residential real estate.  He currently oversees a portfolio of approximately 1,100 residential units.  Chris holds a BA from University of Delaware; He is a member of CAI & attends both BOMA & IREM functions.

Ms. Krenzer began her career at Kenrick in 2009. She is direct line support to Kenrick Corporation President, Richard K. Aikens. Laurie has over 30 years of experience as an administrative assistant in the automotive, insurance, real estate & information technology arenas. She studied at Finger Lakes Community College.

In addition, Laurie designs & constructs costumes for individuals, church, school and community theater organizations.

Ms. Hamilton holds an A.A. S. in Secretarial Science, from Jefferson Community College , in Watertown , NY

Mr. Graves is currently assigned to (KMC) Kenrick Maintenance Company with the scope of work including planning, reporting, analysis and controls. He has 25+ years experience in Corporate Finance Management as Controller and Manager with several Fortune 500 companies including ten years with Bausch & Lomb. Prior to working at Kenrick Corporation, Mr. Graves spent two years consulting for Alstom, Inc. as acting Project Controller finishing a $400 million Washington METRO railcar project. Mr. Graves earned his B.S. in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology and is a member of IMA (Institute of Management Accountants).
