Mr. Aikens has over thirty years of experience in the real estate industry including construction, rehabilitation, and management of residential and commercial properties. In March of 1985, he formed Kenrick Corporation as a full service real estate management company to provide management, leasing, and brokerage services to owners of real property. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York and has taught seminars on many different facets of property management. Prior to forming Kenrick Corporation, he managed a real estate portfolio for The Cabot Group, Inc. in Rochester, New York. He is also a member of various organizations, including the Institute of Real Estate Managers, Building Owners and Managers Association, Community Association Institute, National Eagle Scout Association and the Landmark Society. Mr. Aikens holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh.

Ms. Smith has 13 years of experience in managing non-profit organizations and 12 years of experience in accounting. She also has 5 years experience in human resources and payroll and holds an AAS degree in business administration.

Mr. Goetz has over 25 years of maintenance experience. In 2005 he joined Kenrick Corporation’s Property Management Team. Mr. Goetz currently manages three condominium properties and is superintendent for two of those properties.

Mr. Burkhart began his career at Kenrick Corporation in 2005. He served as Kenrick’s Service Manager for one and a half years before moving to the position of Property Manager. Currently, he manages a portfolio of town home and condominium properties for Kenrick. Mr. Burkhart earned his BA in English from Boston College in 1998 after which he spent two years working as a Business Communications trainer in Germany. He has also worked as an executive administrator for a community college in Boston.

Mr. Adams has over 8 years of residential construction experience with three years managing commercial and residential real estate. He is currently managing a portfolio of town home, condominium and apartment properties for Kenrick. He studied Structural Engineering at SUNY Herkimer.

Ms. Lennox has 20 years experience in the administrative area. She has extensive background in the health care industry and was also employed by a local attorney’s real estate department. She assists three property managers and provides support for approximately 23 different properties.

Mr. Smith has a background in building design, construction and maintenance. He managed a not-for-profit organization for eight years and has experience as a faculty member for a secondary school.

Mr. Carvalho holds a B.S. in Accounting from Alfred University. He has more than 5 years experience in the accounting field. He is currently involved with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistant program, administered by the Internal Revenue Service. He is responsible for the accounts receivable for the properties.

Ms. Reagan recently joined the Kenrick Corporation team. She has more than 20 years of experience in the Accounting and Administrative fields. She has worked for a variety of companies, including non-profit organizations, distributors, retailers and property management firms.
