About Us

Richard K. Aikens formed Kenrick Corporation in March of 1985. At its inception, Kenrick Corporation was providing management services for three small apartment buildings and two large condominium conversions. During the next eighteen years, Kenrick gradually expanded its management service, and now provides real estate management, leasing, and commercial brokerage services for over 5.7 million square feet of real property.

Kenrick Corporation's only business is property management. Kenrick Corporation is not in the development, appraisal or mortgage brokerage business. All of our energies are concentrated in the management business.

Kenrick Corporation provides management services to condominiums, homeowners' associations, industrial parks, shopping centers, office buildings and apartments. Besides managing for individual clients and boards of directors, Kenrick Corporation has managed properties for local financial institutions, and the Supreme Court of the State of New York.

Kenrick Corporation is succesful because of our flexible approach to managemnt services. The needs of each property are assessed and addressed in the most cost-efficient manner.

Kenrick Corporation's staff is active in local real estate organizations, including the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Community Association Institute. Our staff members attend courses and seminars that will increase their knowledge of real estate-related issues and practices. Seminars attended in the last year include:
